Matthew Powers

Matthew is a 2008 graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degrees in Business Management and Finance with concentrations in Marketing and Construction Management.  With over 10 years of experience in Property Management, Matthew has worked as a Cleaner, Maintenance Tech, Leasing Manager, Operations Manager and Sr. Property Manager for a nationally recognized Property Management Company.  Over the years Matthew has familiarized himself with local and state building codes, HUD and Tax Credit regulations and legal matters associated with being a landlord in the state of Massachusetts.  Matthew has built relationships with state and local agencies and housing providers and sits on the board of the Rental Housing Association of Berkshire County.​​

Focusing on ethical business practices while providing quality living conditions and protecting our owner’s bottom line can be challenging at times, but is something that we pride ourselves in.
